This policy explains what information Edy Garfinkiel Coaching (“I,” “me,” based in New York, NY) collects through this website, and how it is used. I keep this simple and collect as little as possible.

What I collect

• Your name and email when you join the interest list, express interest in the cohort, or use the contact form.
• Your message when you send one through the contact form.
• If you book a call, scheduling is handled by Calendly, and the details you provide there are governed by Calendly’s own privacy policy.

How I use it

• To reply to you and to arrange coaching, workshops, or conversations.
• To send occasional updates about coaching, the cohort, workshops, and events — only if you asked to be notified. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• I do not sell, rent, or trade your information.

Services I rely on

This site uses a few third-party services that may process limited data on my behalf, each under their own privacy policies:

• Netlify — hosts the website and receives form submissions.
• Calendly — handles call scheduling.
• Google Fonts — delivers the site’s fonts.

Cookies & local storage

This site does not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. It uses your browser’s local storage only to remember small preferences (for example, not to show you the same pop-up repeatedly).

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from updates at any time.
• Ask me to show you, correct, or delete the information I hold about you.

Data retention

I keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above, and remove it on request.

Children

This site and my services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 16.
